  * harbour/source/compiler/hbmain.c
    ! added string escaping before to i18n .pot files
    + added hb_i18n_gettext_strict() support for compiler. This function 
      generates warning if argument is not literal string. See discussion 
      on mailing list from 2007-11-23 to 2007-11-29, for details.
