     - Removed HB_IDLE_RESET()
     * Changed handling of Idle Process to default to REPEAT.

     - Removed call to HB_IDLE_RESET()

   + tests/testidle.prg
     + New test of Idle Blocks in default (REPEAT) mode and optional NON REPEAT mode.
