* harbour/makefile.bc
  * harbour/makefile.vc
    * added -Iobj\$(CC_DIRNAME) to CFLAGS as temporary workaround
      for recent modifications in core files
      This modification can be done in cleaner way but I intentionally
      wanted to minimize modifications. I hope Windows developers will
      make it better.
