      reduce the cost of HVM thread exit
    % changed code for memvars copping/sharing when thread is started
      it greatly reduce the time of thread creation when existing memvars
      are shared or copied
   Both modifications reduced the cost of simple
      hb_threadJoin( hb_threadCreate( {|| NIL } ) )
   few times depending on number of symbols and memvars.
