    * removed unnecessary and danger casting in UNICODE version of

    * modify HB_ARRAYSETSTR() and HB_ARRAYSETSTRLEN() macros to use new
      STR API functions

  * harbour/external/Makefile
    * modified the order of compiled libraries for better performance in
      parallel compilation (-j<N>)
