* make_gnu.bat
  * INSTALL
    + Automatically filling HB_CCPREFIX for mingw64 and mingwce
      targets, if not specified by user.
    * Removed HB_CCPREFIX from examples. Not yet documented 
      the override feature as it's currently not needed.
