* mpkg_nightly.sh
    + Added instructions to setup unattended file upload on sf.net.
      If SSH key pair is setup and public key uploaded to sf.net 
      user account, nightlies can be created and automatically 
      upload to sf.net, using these commands:
      ---
      $ export HB_SFNET_FRS_PRIVATE_KEY=~/.ssh/id_dsa
      $ export HB_SFNET_USER=myuser
      $ ./mpkg_nightly.sh
      ---
