* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
    + Added --hbdirbin, --hbdirlib, --hbdirinc
    + Added --version and --help to help screen.
    ! Changed to use OS native slashed in path when calling harbour executable.
    + -quiet will now suppress messages when -traceonly option is used.
      Script dumps will still have a header for clarity.
    + Will now dump harbour executable name to Harbour command -trace 
      output, even if internal compiler is used.
