* suppressed remaining MSVC 32 and 64 bit warnings
(a very long time TODO). I used casts named after
the type it casts to, so they are easy to identify:
HB_ULONGCAST, HB_[U]SHORTCAST, HB_INTCAST
So they can be searched for or converted to proper
types in the future.
