      fixes:
        - some issues with QApplication:translation method 
        - it allows for binding QAction to a window for wchich the action 
          was deined, for example, 
            if SomeDialog.ui file has actions defined then virtual methods:
            <actionName>_triggered is added to UI_SomeDialog class.
