* harbour/contrib/bmdbfcdx/bmdbfcdx1.c
    * replaced all direct access to hb_set structure with functions
      Now it's possible to link bmdbfcdx with harbour.dll but because
      it still access hb_cdp_page then only if linker supports auto
      import conversions
