    + added "sixapi" lib borrowed from xhb. It's a binding
      for Apollo libs. Available only for win/x86. A very
      old and short implementation was BTW just recently
      removed from Harbour.

      cleanups, hbmk2 build system, etc. Still has a lot
      of Windows types, but that's what Apollo seems to
      use, so it's not easy to drop them.
