* harbour/src/rtl/hbcom.c
    * explicitly set HB_COM_ERR_TIMEOUT and return -1 in all OS-es if
      hb_comSend() or hb_comRecv() writes/reads 0 bytes.
      It should help in creating portable code eliminating OS dependent
      differences.
