    + allow to use -p* switches in HB_COMPILEFROMBUF()

    + accept
         #line <num>
      directive without file name. It can be usable in some cases
      and it also resolves the problem reported by Viktor when
      we compile file without any name, i.e. using HB_COMPILEFROMBUF()
      function.

    * regenerated
