   * contrib/hbmysql/make_vc.bat
   * contrib/hbmysql/Makefile
     - Removed -DBIG_JOINS. If someone needs this, it can be 
       specified via C_USR, but to me it seem this is a MySQL 
       build-time switch, and it has no effect for interface 
       code.
