* harbour/source/rtl/hbgtcore.c
    + added emulation for clipboard in core GT code.
      Now: 
         hb_gtInfo( GTI_CLIPBOARDDATA ) -> <cClipData>
      and:
         hb_gtInfo( GTI_CLIPBOARDDATA, <cNewClipData> )
      is working in all GTs even if such functionality is not supported
      by OS.
