  * src/rtl/Makefile
  + src/rtl/hbdef.c
    + added HB_DEFAULT( @<xVariable>, <xDefaultValue> )
      it can replace DEFAULT ... TO ... command. In addition
      it will set the value to the default one even when the 
      variable has any other type, not only NIL.
