    + added interactive keyboard functions to trigger
      full screen UI in scripts

  * contrib/hbct/tests/*.prg
    % deleted #include "ct.ch" where it's not used
    ! added #require "ct.ch" where ct.ch is #included

    % CLS not needed anymore to force interactive UI
