         NETIO_VERIFYCLIENT( <pConnectionSocket> ) -> <lAccepted>
      By default client verification is done inside NETIO_SERVER()
      function but some servers may want to verify client password
      before they execute some expensive initialization code necessary
      for RPC executed from NETIO_SERVER()
