    % "-*flag=" options' help text change to include the word
      'single' for 'flag'
      (though 'flag' is not and never was in plural)
    % moved -prgflag= option downwards in the list to
      discourage using it by being less visible. In general,
      nobody needs this flag as all non-hbmk2 flags are
      automatically passed to Harbour compiler.
