    + Added macros:
      HB_TOUPPER(), HB_TOLOWER(), HB_ISUPPER(), HB_ISLOWER(),

  * source/compiler/cmdcheck.c
    * Replaced tolower()/toupper()/isdigit() with macros or other
      constructs.

  * source/rtl/tmenusys.prg
    % Changed to use Inkey() second parameter instead of
      tweaking Set( _SET_EVENTMASK ).

  * contrib/rddads/ads1.c
    * Minor formatting.
