    + Applied Xavi's patches to WIN_BMP().
      * Restored nError parameter for ::IsSupported()
      * ::LoadFile() now fills dimensions automatically.
      * ::Draw() 3rd dim array parameter replaced with nError.

  * contrib/hbwin/hbwapi.h
    + Added 'extern' keyword.
