* harbour/include/hbthread.h
  * harbour/src/vm/hvm.c
  * harbour/src/vm/thread.c
    * on main thread exit unlock all main thread PRG mutexes before other
      thread terminates and EXIT functions are executed.
    * wake-up all thread waiting on subscribe operation when main thread
      is terminated.
