* contrib/hbmisc/common.mak
   * contrib/hbmisc/Makefile
   - contrib/hbmisc/mathx.c
   + contrib/hbmisc/spd.c
     - Removed math functions equivalent with CT3 ones.
       INCOMPATIBLE: If your code used CEIL() from hbmisc, please 
                     update it to use CEILING() from hbct. Functionality 
                     is the same.
     + Added _SPD() function.
       Contributed by Javier (jarabal at gmail.com)
